CAN THO RICE NOODLE FACTORY & VILLAGES
Nowadays, there are more and more green and responsible tours which are meaningful and educational as well. This is why Can Tho noodle factory is getting popular for both Vietnamese and foreigners to come and explore the cuisine culture and the typical local life in Can Tho, Mekong Delta.
Waking up early was totally fine once I saw the sunrise over the Mekong. David made the trip feel smooth and very local. He explained how people live on the river, and how floating markets work. I enjoyed the fruit orchard walk, and the noodle house was such a gem — cozy, delicious, and so Vietnamese. The noodle pizza surprised me. I wish I had the recipe!
No tourist traps, no crowds, just real people doing real things. That’s what I appreciated most about this tour. Hannah made us feel welcome and gave us lots of insights — not just facts, but real life stories. The noodle family? Super kind. And their pizza was crunchy and surprisingly flavorful. Loved it.
Ein wunderschöner Morgen! Um 5 Uhr am Pier, kurz danach auf dem Boot mit Ananas und einer fantastischen Aussicht auf das Erwachen des Mekong. Minh war sehr informativ. Die Nudelwerkstatt war mein Highlight — so farbenfroh! Und die Pizza? Knusprig, warm, würzig. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass man Nudeln so essen kann. Empfehlenswert!
I normally hate early mornings but this was such a special way to start the day. Chris is a great guide — funny, relaxed, and really knows his stuff. Loved cruising through the market with pineapple in hand, then walking in the fruit orchard, and watching noodles being stretched and steamed. The noodle pizza hit the spot!
I love photography and this tour gave me so many golden hour shots! From the river mist to the colorful noodle strips hanging to dry, everything was visually stunning. Thomas gave space for quiet moments and stories. The noodle house family was adorable, and they let me try a bit of the process. Tasted fruits I’d never had before.
Ce tour est parfait si vous aimez commencer la journée tôt. Hieu nous a emmenés au marché flottant — on a mangé de l’ananas frais sur le bateau pendant que le soleil se levait. Puis, la visite du jardin de fruits tropicaux était relaxante. Enfin, dans la maison des nouilles, on a vu comment on fabrique les nouilles colorées, et la dame nous a préparé une pizza locale, croustillante et savoureuse.
We started early but it felt peaceful, not rushed. Lâm is really calm and explains with patience and humor. The floating market was small but very local, not commercial. The noodle house was honestly my favorite part — I didn’t expect to like that “pizza” so much. Tropical fruits were also tasty. Very good experience!
I was not excited about waking up at 4:30AM… but it was so worth it. Floating through the Cai Rang market while the sun slowly lit up the river was beautiful. David explained everything — I loved learning how the poles on the boats signal what they sell! The fresh pineapple was juicy and sweet. The noodle-making house was such a fun stop, and the “pizza” they made with the noodles was AMAZING.
This tour is short but rich in experience. Minh shared insights at every step — from how locals navigate markets to how rice becomes noodles. The noodle pizza was totally new to me, but delicious. And I loved walking barefoot in the fruit garden while snacking on guava. A great start to the day!

Luego el jardín de frutas, y la casa de fideos fue una sorpresa increíble. Nunca pensé que probaría una pizza hecha de fideos de arroz. Estaba deliciosa. ¡Gracias Can Tho!
