Nowadays, there are more and more green and responsible tours which are meaningful and educational as well. This is why Can Tho noodle factory is getting popular for both Vietnamese and foreigners to come and explore the cuisine culture and the typical local life in Can Tho, Mekong Delta.
Danh took us to the lively floating market and the serene canals, sharing great insights. The tropical fruit garden was a beautiful place to explore and enjoy delicious fresh fruits. A lovely and refreshing tour!
Hannah showed us the vibrant floating market and took us on a tranquil canal ride. The fruit gardens were beautiful, and sampling fresh seasonal fruits was a highlight. Such a well-balanced tour between nature and culture.

Floating through the market at sunrise, tasting pineapple and noodle soup, and hearing the stories of river life was unforgettable. The rice noodle place was so local it felt like stepping into someone’s breakfast routine. The canal ride was the most peaceful experience I’ve had in Vietnam. And the fruit garden? Pure joy. We walked barefoot, picked starfruit and dragon fruit, and tasted it under the trees. I’ll remember that moment forever.
I was amazed by the variety and emotion of this tour. The market at dawn, the noodles at sunrise, the river full of life — Minh explained it all with deep love for his home. I’ll never forget drifting past pineapples being chopped mid-air and coffee being poured between rocking boats. The noodle family were kind and let us watch every step of the process. But the secret canal was what I’ll carry with me forever. It was like time stopped. No noise, no rush. Just trees, water, and stillness. The fruit garden was like a real-life Eden. I picked soursop and passionfruit and learned to identify turmeric roots. Minh made us laugh, learn, and reflect.
The early start was worth every second. Duy welcomed us warmly and brought us straight to Cai Rang, where boats were already bustling. He explained how boat families live, cook, sleep, and trade on water — it opened my eyes to a way of life I’ve never known. The rice noodle workshop was humble and fascinating. I still think about the texture of the noodle pizza! Then, the canal. I stopped taking photos and just listened. The trees whispered, the water rippled, and the world slowed down. Picking ripe lychee and mangosteen in the fruit garden was a joyful, earthy end to a perfect morning.
